The farm was founded in 1987 when Mosolo Graziano professionally undertook winefarming. The company was equipped and renewed, the winery was built and 2 hectares of vineyard were purchased in a panoramic site.
In 1991 the first official bottle was produced. Subsequently, new land was purchased and new vineyards planted.
By intensely personalizing the grape varieties vinified, Graziano aims to obtain wines that taste unique, a genuine compromise between healthy rustic and elegant modern sophistication.

WINES AND PRODUCTION
12 DOC FCO registered varieties give origin to 15 wine varieties.
- WHITES: Pinot Grigio, Friulano, Sauvignon, Riesling (Renano), Verduzzo Friulano, Picolit D.O.C.G. Roscjà Besol (da riesling apassito secco), Antico (da verduzzo friulano secco)
- REDS: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, Refosco di Faedis, Schioppettino, Ariedo (da merlot infiappito ed affinato in legno)
THE VINEYARDS
The current wine production of the farm comes from Graziano Mosolo’s 5 hectares of vineyards located in the hills outside Raschiacco. Typical of the area is highly fragmented acreage, and it often happens that mixed varieties are present in the same piece of land. The funds are turfed and mechanically entrenched, since I refuse to use herbicides and aim to limit the use of fungicides to an indispensable targeted use. Following local traditions, upside down double Guyot is used for pruning, whereas in modern plants I adopted, by personal ingenuity, a short linear F double Guyot.
From personal observation and experiments, I can argue that vines left to vegetate in a more spontaneous and "disheveled" way, in competition with grass-covered soil, as opposed to any apparent logic, are often more resistant to cryptogamic attacks, the resulting grapes being tastier.
THE CELLAR
3 main areas make up the winery: Ground floor is home to the winemaking department, bottling and aging in bottle.
