AZIENDA AGRICOLA CELLEDONI
The Celledoni farm was founded in the 80s, precisely in 1984. It’s a family-owned business, now in its third generation. Besides the winemaking activity, the Ristoro Agrituristico "Al Ro'cul" has been added for a few years. It is located near the company itself, and you can taste our wines there.
Our activity has been improving in recent years, from simple table wine production to quality wines, that hold the required softness, good acidity and balance.

THE VINEYARDS
The Celledoni farm has an extension of vineyards that reach 6 acres, 30% in the hills and 70% in the plain, all in the municipality of Faedis.
The planting of new vineyards: 0.80 x 2,50mt, while in the historic vineyards of the municipality of Faedis: 1 x 3.00 mt. The system of pruning in the old vineyards uses the double Guyot, while in the new ones one-head Guyot is used.
The morphology of the land on which the vineyards are located differs depending on the area:
- Vineyards situated in the hilly area:
surfaces are marl with limestone containing much clay with presence of sandstone traits, a rock consisting of sandy elements. This type of soil gives provides grapes with a high sugar content and great structure. - Vineyards located in Foothill Zone:
mostly clay surfaces. This type of soil gives the grapes structure and the typical aroma of this area. - Vineyards located in the flood zone, near the Grivo' torrent:
The soils have a simple gravel skeleton mixed with clay. This type of soil produces grapes, that are rich in sugar and aromas, which can be identified in the company wines.
