CA' DEI FAGGI
The Perabò Maurizio farm, now "CA' DEI FAGGI", was established in the '90s, following the family tradition. Maurizio succeeded his father in running the company, originally founded in the 1960s.
In comparison to those early times, the firm is nowadays more focused on wine production, greatly expanding the winery and vineyards.
The vineyards of the "CA' DEI FAGGI" farm extend in the Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC area. The cultivation systems adopted are Guyot and Capuccina, favored by a generous land and a particular climate.

WINES AND PRODUCTION
The annual production is around 250 hectoliters. The wines produced are:
PERABO' LINE:
- WHITES: Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Rosè
- REDS: Cabernet Franc, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, Merlot
- DESSERT: Verduzzo Friulano, Spirito del Bosco, Imperatore, Moscato Giallo, Chei di une volte
- PASSITI: Picolit
CA' DEI FAGGI LINE:
- REFINED Refosco di Faedis, Tre Fradis Neri, Friulano
- SPARKLING: Gocce di Passione, Ribolla Gialla Spumante
THE VINEYARDS
The vineyards of the CA' DEI FAGGI farm cover about 18 hectares, of which 10 are in the plains and 8 in the hills.

THE CELLAR
The Cellar is divided into 3 different areas:
- winemaking and settling (stainless steel tanks and fiberglass),
- red wines aging (barrels and wooden barrels),
- tasting room, reception room for customers.
